DIRECTIONS

BOIL WATER
ADD WASHED GARDEN CRESS SEEDS AND ALLOW IT TO BOIL FOR 3-4 MIN
ADD MILK AND BOIL IT FOR 2-3 MIN.
ADD JAGGERY POWDER AND BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES
BOIL AND MIX WELL THE GARDEN CRESS MIXTURE
ROAST CASHEW AND RAISINS IN 1/4 SPOON OF GHEE
MIX THEM IN THE BOILED MIXTURE OF MILK – JAGGERY AND SEEDS
LET THE MIXTURE THICKEN AND COOL
MAKE BALLS OUT OF THE MIXTURE
MAKE POWDER OF CARDAMON SEEDS AND CLOVES
DECORATE WITH CARDAMOM CLOVE POWDER AND AMBROSIA ALMOND SLICES
